Your name, email, hiring or freelancing interest, individual/business preference, optional category, and consent record. We also use limited security information to prevent automated abuse.

EBC Freelancing uses the information you provide to manage the launch waitlist and invitation-based onboarding.
How it is used
To confirm your email, maintain the waitlist, send onboarding invitations, and respond to your requests. We do not publish your waitlist information as a freelancer or business profile.
Service providers and access
We use Supabase for database and authentication services and a transactional email provider to deliver messages. Authorized EBC administrators can access the CRM. Providers may process data outside Uganda.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact info@welcometoebc.com. We retain your record while needed for the waitlist or onboarding and remove it when no longer necessary, subject to applicable obligations.
Verification comes later
The public waitlist does not request identity documents or TINs. Before verification opens, we’ll explain the information required, its purpose, access, and retention.
